Brush, Leaf and Garbage Pick-up

The Chipper Truck tries to remove limbs and brush twice monthly from each residence.  Limbs should be no more than six-inches in diameter and neatly stacked. Leaves must be bagged from April until November. 

Garbage pick-up is on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Garbage must be bagged and placed at the curb no later than 7:00 a.m. Bags may be placed in a container; however, if the container has water in it, it will not be picked up.  No more than 12 bags will be picked up at one time.  No animals or yard waste may be placed in the bags. Large and bulky items are picked up on the first Friday of each month by calling 1-800-678-7274 in advance.

Street Lights

Burned out street lights should be reported to City Hall.  

Potholes, Culverts and other Repairs

Report needed repairs and drainage issues to City Hall.  The City will replace culverts in residential driveways, but purchasing the culvert is the property owner’s responsibility.
