Briefly, we create incentives packages, primarily financial ones, for those companies we feel will substantially contribute to the achievement of our purpose which is, as stated in our Articles of Incorporation, to advance the “…promotion and development, retention and expansion of industrial and commercial enterprises and to promote and encourage employment and the public welfare of the City of Quitman “

Notice

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Quitman Development Corporation are held at the corporate office located at 101 North Main Street, Quitman, on the second Monday of each month.  Special meetings are held at any time corporate officers determined that such a meeting is needed.  The special meetings will usually be posted at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the special meeting.
