(use entrance at rear of City Hall on
Lipscomb Street)
Notice is hereby given that the regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of
Quitman, Texas will be held on the 7th day
of June, 2011, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall
at 401 East Goode Street, Quitman, Texas, in
the City Council Chambers of City Hall which
can be reached by using the entrance at the
rear of City Hall on Lipscomb Street, at
which time the attached subjects will be
discussed, to-wit:
1. Discuss and Consider: Staffing /
Personnel Realignment
2.
Discuss, Consider, and take Action:
Administrative Services Agreement with
Quitman Development Corporation
The City Council of the CITY OF QUITMAN
reserves the right to recess the meeting and
conduct an executive session at any time
during the course of this meeting to discuss
any of the matters listed, as authorized by
the Texas Government Code; Section 551.071,
(consultation with attorney); Section
551.072, deliberate the purchase, exchange,
lease, or value of real property; Section
551.074, personnel matters

preceding and until the scheduled time of
said Meeting.
